Our formula is handcrafted using my personal journey, inspired by Haitian rituals and ancestral ingredients that helped me during perimenopause. We've partnered with a clean, trusted lab to produce our bars in small, controlled batches—so you still get quality and care, without the wait.

Q: Is this still handmade?

Not entirely, and that's a good thing. A few select items, like our Snail Mail Club exclusives and limited editions, are still made by hand. But our core bars are now produced in small, controlled batches with a trusted clean lab. That means more consistency, the same powerful ingredients, and better access for you.

Q: Are your bars safe for all hair types?

Our bars were born from my personal struggle with dry, low-porosity 4C hair — but they're gentle enough for all textures. They're especially nourishing for anyone who needs deep moisture and scalp balance. If you're sensitive to essential oils, we recommend a patch test.

Q: When can I order?

Waitlist members get VIP early access as soon as our first batch is ready. You'll be notified via email before it's released to the public.

Q: Where are the bars made?

We've partnered with a trusted U.S.-based manufacturer that aligns with our values — clean ingredients, ethical sourcing, and small-batch quality. Every formula is still developed in-house by Jōhi Co.
